Basically inspired by the old Chaos Warbands rules in Slaves to Darkness and The Lost & the Damned. Now those old rules systems were a really good warbands campaign system. I imagine this new Warcry system will be a lot simpler (and probably intended to destroy CMON's Hate (blatant chaos warrior inspired warband campaign game)). Not a lot of information so far but we do know that there will be 9 non Chaos factions right out the gate as opposed to the 5 or 6 chaos factions that will be the main ones getting most of the attention.
It might be less Kill Team and more Necromunda (but probably starting with preset gangs). It could be a lot of fun.
It looks like one of the starting warbands includes an Ogre and a Chaos Dwarf so we should be expecting faction gangs instead of racial ones.

All multipart plastics. Killteam in warhammer so cards will be an add on. The aim is to create a new entry to age of Sigmar.

Well bugger. I was hoping it would be more Necromunda than Kill Team.

Well bugger. I was hoping it would be more Necromunda than Kill Team. Sorry, please explain I don't understand what the difference is As far as I'm aware Necromunda has a more robust campaign system where you develop a gang over time between games whereas Kill Team is more skirmish focused with less of an emphasis on the campaign system (if it has any at all). Since they frequently mentioned that this is a campaign game (occasionally even mentioning similarities with the old Realm of Chaos campaign) I would've hoped it would have a decent campaign system. It's also kind of like the difference between Mordheim and Kings of War: Vanguard. Mordheim is about gangs, little warbands. Individuals. Vanguard is about people who are soldiers in an army. A very different focus. I was hoping this would be less of a military game and more of a gang game (in keeping with that disorganised chaos warband theme). I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.
