Living Rule book 6 and current box from GW have same rules
This as I understand was brought in to stop newbiees being pissed off and wanting to kick the cat or worse play MtG

So you can continue but the opponent gains a reroll. I'm sure there's ways to abuse that near the end of a half (when they won't have enough turns left to use all the rerolls anyway).
That definitely seems like a new rule.

But it is down to the commissioner to tell us which version of the rules we are playing
I've rather play what is current - well 3 years old now - as I believe that's how long the new starter box has been available. Also should I go to Entrapment, Wyverns, LVL Up or Bag of Holding for a game it makes sense if all 5 venues are playing the same set of rules.

Well last time I played at St Leonards there wasn't even an option to lose a reroll and continue the turn. This feels a little like concession after concession to me.
