Just doing a quick check of the list to see if anything's missing. I glanced over it last night and it looked surprisingly complete. Maybe only one or two units that would need tweaking.
Bloodbound is an important keyword for the Varangur. Most of their new units have it but not all of them do.
Varangur list:
old unit names in italics
Stuff from the Northern Alliance List:
Human Clansmen warband with better defence, could also double as Bloodsworn if you gave them the magic item for +1 crushing strength
Huscarls basically sons of Korgaan on foot although they can't take the gift of Korgaan
Snow Trolls cave trolls
Tundra Wolves tundra wolves
Frostfang Calavry direfang riders
Cavern Dweller cavern dweller
Snow Foxes* new
Lord on Frostfang as cheiftain on direfang but better
Frost Giant frost giant
Thane on Frostfang cheiftain on direfang
Skald skald
Lord on Chimera king on chimera
Snow Troll Prime cave troll king
New Stuff:
Draugr remarkably similar stat line to the old thralls actually, slightly slower (but swift on the charge) with lower nerve but fearless and the Magus can transfer damage from Bloodsworn units to them as well
Reavers reavers, they swapped their old thunderous charge 2 for thunderous charge 1 and crushing strength 1 so an overall improvement really
Night Raiders night raiders, default to throwing axes and javelins but you can pay a few points to upgrade them back to bows again
The Fallen the fallen, same height as infantry, still on 40mm monster bases
Mounted Sons of Korgaan mounted sons of Korgaan
Horse Raiders horse raiders
Jabberwock it's the Jabberwock
Magus Conclave Magus Conclave
Cursed Son cursed son
Lord cheiftain
Thane cheiftain
Magus like the old Magus but a lot better
Magnilde of the Fallen Magnilde of the Fallen
So with all that in mind the only things you'd need to sort out would be the Thralls (decide if you want them to count as Draugr), the Bloodsworn (could count as Clansmen with +1 Crushing Strength item) and the Devourer (could be another Cavern Dweller). Not too much work to do updating the army all told.
