Most companies or body corporate need a court action to wind them up voluntarily or otherwise. Couldn’t see any indication on how they were doing that only a court decision that they could.
UK is big on pre-pack administrations. That means a company goes into administration but it’s assets are sold off to make some return for the people owed money. The buyer of the assets is usually a newly formed company and usually pretty similarly owned and managed.
