Okay, so there's some obvious synergies between Wilforts Todd & Santa Muerte. Additionally Santa Muerte should allow your zombies to keep going back to your hand and then the Necromancer can keep putting them back in play. In theory. The Vampire was the first Undead character to come out so he isn't designed to synergise with the others. However later undead may be designed to synergise with him. Currently the Undead faction are a subfaction of the Mercenaries and not a proper faction yet. There's an Elven subfaction building up too. I believe the plan is to bring out a new starter box in the future featuring the Elves and Undead as opposing factions.
There's probably some deeper strategies and synergies but I'm too sleepy to spot them now. Obviously a lot of them have Omega abilities (final activation in your turn) so you can only trigger one of them. It's important to note that when Santa Muerte returns Wilforts Todd from the graveyard to the deck the deck will then be reshuffled so you'll have to wait for him. It's not instantaneous. Likewise when he summons her the deck is reshuffled after searching for her card. The zombie omega abilities are just plain nasty however the armour from the crossbow zombie might only last until the start of your next turn. The Necromancer can get the zombies out quickly if the vampire kills people near him and Santa Muerte can keep putting them back in your hand instead of the graveyard if she's close to the action. So far the vampire is the only one who can seriously fight with the others fulfilling support and debuff roles (although the axe zombie can cause some serious damage with repeated omega actions).
