There's a popular community made list which has been tinkered with, rebalanced, and is generally held in high esteem. It does have a lot of high end characters that I'd generally consider too high powered and important to be involved in little kill team style gang fights (cannonnesses etc but at least no tanks or penitent engines).

Then there's a little rumour that apparently they got a Kill Team list in a recent issue of White Dwarf (although nothing to back it up and help identify which actual issue it was).
Then there's this somewhat official looking list. The models available fall much more within the scope I had imagined (Sister Superior as leader instead of a Cannoness, for example). However it looks like it wasn't so much from an issue of white dwarf so much as from a kill team expansion book or some sort of Chapter Approved thing. Does the cnd mean Canadian? I'm not sure).

Then there's a lot of people stating the fact that Games Workshop have said that as soon as the new Sisters models come out, there'll be Kill Team rules for them. Then there's members of the community claiming that Games Workshop have often said that if an army doesn't have plastic models then it won't get Kill Team rules but that every plastic army has KT rules for their plastic figs. The general assumption being that they want Kill Team to be plastic only so it's easier for people to relate to and that, as soon as the first few Sisters units come out next year, they'll get Kill Team rules (or maybe even shortly after the big box comes out later this month).
