Move 100cms but only charge 60cms

I await the wisdom of others - but if you throw your flyers forward that extra 40cms - it could be along time till they return for the next order and risk getting beaten up on the way.
But shortening the threat range gives your artillery train / camp better protection without detailing units to hang back and protect them
